Strategic Intelligence Consulting

Discover. Inform. Guide.

One repeatable method behind every engagement — turning complexity into confident decisions for the leaders who make them.

AI Strategy · Executive Intelligence · Technology Transformation
01The DIG Method

Every engagement follows the DiG Method.

Not a tagline — an operating discipline. Three phases, in sequence, on every engagement. It's how a boutique firm delivers with the rigor of a large one, without the overhead.

01 — DISCOVER

We uncover what matters.

Identifying opportunities, risks, and the signals others overlook. Discovery is where advantage begins — most organizations aren't short on data, they're short on attention to the right things.

02 — INFORM

We transform complexity into clarity.

Clear, actionable intelligence that empowers confident leadership. No hundred-page decks. Findings arrive structured for decisions, not for shelf space.

03 — GUIDE

We partner through the change.

Navigating change, aligning strategy, and making better decisions with confidence. We stay in the room as recommendations become results.

We Discover what others miss. We Inform with clarity, not complexity. We Guide organizations toward confident, strategic decisions.

02What We Do

Three practices.
One method.

AI Strategy

Separating durable AI advantage from expensive noise. We assess readiness, prioritize use cases by real business value, and build adoption roadmaps leadership can actually govern.

Discover → Inform → Guide

Executive Intelligence

Briefings and analysis built for the people who decide. Market signals, competitive movement, and risk — distilled into intelligence that fits the way executives actually work.

Discover → Inform → Guide

Technology Transformation

Modernization guided by strategy, not vendor momentum. We align technology decisions to business outcomes and stay engaged through delivery — so transformation actually transforms.

03Point of View

Most firms sell answers.
We build the discipline that produces them —
so clarity isn't a deliverable. It's a capability.

04About

Why DiG exists.

I've spent over a decade at one of the world's largest technology companies, where my focus was executive relationships — working directly with C-suite leaders on AI strategy and helping them cut through the noise around what AI can actually do for their business.

And here's what I keep seeing: the leaders who need this guidance most are the ones getting the least of it. Everyone's selling tools. Almost no one is helping executives think clearly about AI.

So I started DIG to change that. We Discover what others miss. We Inform with clarity, not complexity. And we Guide leaders to make AI work for them.

05Request a Consultation

Start your Discovery.

This is step one of the DIG Method. Tell us about yourself, the work that eats your time, and the ideas you want to build — we'll come to the first conversation with real use cases, not a sales pitch.

01

About you

Who we'd be working with.

02

Time sucks & ideas

List up to five. These can be repetitive tasks that eat your week (reports, emails, scheduling, data entry, research) or ideas you want to develop — a business strategy, workflow, app, website, product, brand, marketing, or social media play. This is where we find your use cases.

Let's find what others are missing.

Engagements begin with a conversation, not a contract. Tell us what you're navigating — we'll tell you honestly whether the DIG Method fits.

Start getting value today5 prompts · copy & paste

You don't have to wait for our first session to feel the difference. Paste any of these into your AI tool of choice, swap in the [bracketed] details, and see what comes back. These are the same kinds of prompts we refine together — sharpened to your actual work — in a Prompt-Building Session.

01

Find your time sinks

Uncover where AI can help first
I'm a [your role] at a [type of business]. Here's how a typical week looks: [briefly list your recurring tasks]. Act as an operations analyst. Identify the 5 tasks most worth handing to AI, ranked by time saved versus effort to set up. For each, tell me what to try, and flag anything that's a bad fit for AI and why.
02

Turn a mess into a first draft

Fastest everyday win
Here are my rough notes: [paste your notes, bullet points, or transcript]. Turn these into a clear, well-structured [email / summary / proposal / update] for [who will read it]. Keep my meaning intact, make it concise and professional, and give me two versions — one shorter, one more detailed.
03

Prep for any meeting in 2 minutes

Walk in sharper
I have a meeting about [topic] with [who's attending and their role]. My goal is [what you want out of it]. Give me: a tight agenda, the 3 most important questions to ask, one thing that could go wrong and how to handle it, and a one-sentence opening that sets the right tone.
04

Pressure-test a decision

Think it through before you commit
I'm deciding whether to [the decision you're weighing]. Context: [the relevant facts and constraints]. Act as a sharp, honest advisor who has no stake in the outcome. Lay out the strongest case for, the strongest case against, the risks I might be underweighting, and what you'd want to know before deciding. Don't just agree with me.
05

Build a reusable template

Stop starting from scratch
I regularly have to write [the recurring document or message]. Here's a good example of one I've done before: [paste an example]. Reverse-engineer this into a reusable, fill-in-the-blank template with clear placeholders. Then show me how to prompt you to generate a finished version each time in seconds.

These are starting points, not the finish line. In a working session we tune prompts to your tools, your data, and your voice — so they produce something you'd actually send.
